1. Use of Services

You may use our services for personal and professional creative projects. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and outputs do not violate any local laws or third-party rights.

2. Generated Content

Subject to these terms, you own the creative rights to the videos generated through HappyHorse 1.0. However, HappyHorse AI Blog retains the right to use generated samples for platform improvement and promotional purposes (unless opted out by Premium users).

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the services to generate content that is:

• Unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
• Designed to deceive or impersonate individuals without consent (Deepfakes).
• Intended to infringe upon any intellectual property rights of others.

4. GPU Usage & Limitations

As a high-performance AI video model, HappyHorse 1.0 requires significant compute resources. We reserve the right to prioritize workloads, implement usage quotas, or temporarily suspend access to maintain the stability of our H100/A100 GPU clusters.

5. Limitation of Liability

HappyHorse 1.0 is an AI model. Outputs are provided "as-is" without warranty of accuracy, safety, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our generated content.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time due to maintenance, policy changes, or violations of these terms.
